Default These shoes where made for walkin- how far can I go?

first of all trying to get motivated to dig the tread mill out from under a pile of crap in the garage. Sounds like a good planned activity for the day after christmas, not sure when I'll have time to find it or use it before that.

once it's found, then I have to get up the motivation to actually use it. not to mention find the time.

I want to keep track of how far I walk, wonder how many miles it is from Ohio to California? How many months of treadmill walking will it take me to get there?

Stay tuned

Mapquest says it's 2245.6 miles from Marysville, Ohio to LA and 34 hours by car. Wonder how long it will take me to walk that far?

Congratulations on finding your treadmill and starting to move! I'm with you. I am on third level with my Gazelle (sort of a ski machine with pistons for different levels). I was using it up to 1 hr. a day but then moved the resistence level up and am now doing 30 min. I'd rather sweat more and get it over more quickly. After my holiday food abuse I sure need the movement as well as new resolve with my food plan.

maybe I should just walk to NY lol it's lots closer.

I'm getting on track starting today. I made it out to the treadmill tonight, cuz I have got to look good, or half good in my bathing suit for vacation in 3 weeks!!

2242-1= 2241 to go!

I'll be increasing the distance soon, but I haven't been on the treadmill for 2 years and I've got to start somewhere, believe me I wanted to quit after the first 1/2 mile!
