Talking Easy cheesecake jello

Found a recipe for a cheesecake that sounded really great but then got to the grocery store and they didn't have some of the ingredients so i improvised.

4 boxes of jello (strawberry is my fav) sugar free.
1 box of cream cheese at room temp
2 cups of Redi Wip

Mix jello to directions of box in a glass dish. (The bigger the pan the thinner the jello.) Let jello set.
Mix the Redi wip and cream cheese until smooth.
Smooth over jello. Man i am here to tell you it is really good.

I have a sweet tooth and this hits the spot.

The Cream cheese is about 2 grams of carb per 2tbsp. The count would depend on what size dish you use and how big a serving you eat. Sorry i am not a pro at all the carb counting.

Anything is possible with prayer. tina

Sounds good, but I'm wondering about this:

2 cups of Redi Wip

Reddi Whip has sugar as one of the ingredients unless they have come out with a sugar free version.

Even if it says 0 carbs per tablespoon, that does not mean there are 0 carbs. Because of labelling laws, manufacturers can state that a serving size has 0 carbs even if it is .9 grams.

It's always better to use real whipped cream and whip it yourself.

Label reading eventually becomes second nature to low carbers. We're always on the look out for carbs everywhere!
