You may have a difficult time with the overhead ballistic work, but there are tons of other exercises you can do, 'swings' being probably one of the best. Various leg exercises and laying or seated presses you could do as well.

I don't have kb, but I do perform swings with db - once I learned how to hold the db for a swing - it became much easier (or harder since the weight went up). Love 'em.

Have you worked your way up to using two dumbbells yet? How do you like the exercise in general?

I use an adjustable db - with most of the weight at the "away end". Haven't tried using 2 for swings yet. I hold it at the end in a sort of pinch grip - not in the middle. I love the motion & the exercise - really works the posterior chain. And gets your heart going.

Got you a little grip action going there too....nice! Heart rate goes up for sure and in a hurry as well.
