Default 5 Days Today

Well, it has been 5 full days since I have had a cigarette. I feel pretty good, not having too many cravings. My hubby says I am being a witch with a capital B, but I don't think I have been too bad.

The downfall is that I have gained a couple pounds. I think I have been eating too many of the sugar free candies. I'm not really sure. So, I'm going to cut back to induction foods for a couple weeks and try not to eat the candies. I bought some sugar free gum yesterday.

I have found that my energy level is increasing, and I think part of it has to do with keeping myself really busy just not to think about it.

Congrats!
I will be 5 weeks in tomorrow. It is very difficult. I did the sugar free candies as well, sometimes to many. I learned quickly, too many sugar free candies can led to trouble. I did better after stopping them. I also gained, 4 lbs. I have been trying to keep the eating under control, it is difficult. Good luck. Keep going!
