She lives near Duke University so there us one pisode where DrWestmann visits Kristy and she shows him a few recipes.

Have made good use of all the suggestions and am doing really well with keto and intermittent fasting. My question is as this is going to be a way of life for me does your weight automatically stabilise at the right point? Do hope everyone is staying safe and well.

That was the case with me! I went from size 12 to size 8, which is an excellent one for me -- I'm tall and wear a size 9 shoe. And the first time I was this size EVAH.

That is SO impressive. My height is 5'6 and have had 42 lbs to lose to get to the size I want. Already have lost 14 lbs and am so happy with the way the hunger and cravings are no more. Being in my 70's made me wonder if all this would work so well and thankfully it is. I shall read your blog.
