Default Yummy Yummy

I found some Low Fat Kiefer (was only kind they had) at the Wild Oats in Ft. Collins. It's only 8g per cup, so my little 1/2 cup isn't that high in carbs. This stuff tastes great though!!!! I thought it would be more liquidy, instead it was a little clumpy until I mixed it. I ate it with a spoon instead of drinking it. It tasted amazing though. I didn't have to add any kind of sweetner or other addition like I normally found I ghad to with Low fat or non fat yogurt (the whole milk type is fine on it's own)

The brand is Lifeway

That's a mis-spell on the original post.

It's general spelled kefir and is a type of lactobacillus-inoculated dairy product (a relation of yogurt).

thpppppt. There isn't a spell check included ya know. And that late at night my fingers hitting the keyboard is an amazing feat

It's like drinkable yogurt, except I think it's a little thicker then drinkable and I actually prefer the taste just slightly to yogurt. Doesn't mean I'm going to give up my StoneyFields though esp since I have to drive over an hour to be able to get kefir and it's not something you can stock up on in the pantry :\
