Blood work came back. Here are the comparisons:

Total cholesterol........214........... 190

ratio chol/HDL.............4.1..............3.9

I'd say this diet is working!

Nat, you can take some of the credit for that great report.

I just can't wait to go to TOPS tonight and tell those lowfatters what this woe is doing for me. They all think that I will have a heart attack and die in their midst.

Now if I can start the scale in its downward path. That will come I'm sure. For now, I'm very happy!
