try the brown rice and see how it works.
try the white rice and see how that one works.

then go with the one that works best for you. Since you are young it may not make that much difference.

the things is to eat when you are hungry, if you are not hungry then don't eat.

Yeah, plenty of oil, butter, meat fats are a big part of the success of this way of eating.

Brown rice is great. We never eat white rice and brown has been fine.

Watch the sugars and sodium they stuff into sausages--there are so many additives in most sausages. Plain meats are better unless it's something like Aidell brand sausage, but even they may have sugar added.

Eggs are part of maintenance. We are eating them now, but we've doing this for 14 weeks and are allowing a few more low carb items in now.
Breakfast today was steak and grapefruit; coffee with cream and splenda.

Giovanni-
Are you able to get to a supermarket on your own, or go with your mom and pick out stuff like chicken and hamburger and pork ribs (cheap meats)? Then buy bananas, potatoes (also cheap)--watermelon is still good and in season now. Grapefruit and pears are not cheap right now, but useful. They'll be cheaper when the weather cools.

I would assume its mostly water. When I tried this for 10 days to break a stall (and did it ever!) I went to the potty quite a lot!
