The mock oatmeal was good. I had to cook it for 5 min in the micro, but I did use a ceramic dish instead of plastic. I used sf maple syrup in place of the splenda and i added nutmeg to it. Next time I will add berries.

Just want to second the tvp recipe- I love that one!
I love ricotta with berries and splenda, so I'll have to try the OP's recipe. Sounds great.
