Default Zucchini Puffs...again!

I know these are on here somewhere but I thought I would post again because they are so YUMMY!!! I altered it a little bit to fit me.

Zucchini Puffs

1 medium zucchini
1/3 cup mayo
1/3 cup powdered parmesan
2 leaves fresh basil - chopped

Slice up zucchini into not so thin slices and arrange on a pan sprayed with pam. In a bowl, mix mayo, parmesan, and basil together. Spoon a drop onto the tops of each zucchini. The recipe said to refrigerate them up to 24 hours but because I can never wait - you can pop in freezer for 20 minutes to set or in the fridge for a few hours, or don't put them in either at all. I haven't been able to tell the difference. Pop them into the broiler (don't have the rack too close - keep in middle) and broil for about 5 minutes or until the tops are a beautiful golden brown! Grab a fork and enjoy!! MMMMM!! They are good without the basil but they are the best with the basil! You decide!!

Enjoy!

I haven't tried making these; why are they called "puffs"?
