Cool

Congrats to all this is working out for!
I've tried an extremely low carb diet twice
and the result was a BIG lack of energy.
So I've upped my carb intake but left the starchy
carbs out of my diet (pastas, bread etc...)

The result this time around weight loss and plenty of energy. Of course I have an exercise plan to make sure I burn off those extra calories on my thighs and buttocks.

Does very low carb dieting affect your energy level at all or is everyone experiencing different results?

Talk to me, I'd love to hear from you!
Susie

Hi Susie,

I tend to experience fatigue on the first week of induction, and then I'm back to normal. I've to come to expect it.
