Have fun at the gym...the only workout I will get tomorrow is taking the steps up and down at work...a 13 hour day does not encourage working out.

I got a personal trainer and signed up for 12 months...now I dont have a choice I workout with him once a week and he gives me workout "homework" for 2 or 3 other days. So far, so good! I've tried the gym thing before, it is so much better of a workout with a trainer, and not to mention more fun.
