treadmill: 30min 2.1m
Was able to kick it up to level 5 for 10 min. and reached 2 miles in 28 min.

Hmm... Forgot to log Sunday's activity:
Did biggest loser 1: warmup 5m, low intensity cardio 25m, strength and sculpt 20m cooldown 5m, then 1 mile WATP 10m

Monday I took a rest day. It was just a bad day all around. Zero energy.

Today so far I have done a 4 mile WATP 45m and 20m power pilates. Might do the treadmill later but we'll see about that.....

Haven't posted in a bit.
On 1/23 only did 1 mile WATP
On 1/24 only did 1 mile on treadmill for 20 min.

Been sick, hopefully will be able to get back to a full workout in about 2 1/2 weeks or so.

I have been exercising just not posting regularly!

3/20 Biggest Loser Bootcamp and warmup
3/21 lower body weights am
walked 2+ miles (not exactly sure ut it was definitely more than 2)
3/22 walked 1+ miles (am) and 1 hour in N.O.
3/24 upper body weights
3/25 treadmill 1.75 miles 30 min hill program 3(am)
4 minutes (347 jumps) on the rebounder before ankle started to hurt
3/26 lower body weights
