Default Using Light (Sunlight, Blue Light & Red Light) to Optimize Health, inc SAD

A very long, thorough podcast/videocast on Light of all kinds, for sleep, SAD, etc.
For SAD, he recommends an inexpensive high LUX drafting panel (See show notes and links). Around 1 hour, 17 minutes.
I was interested in the segments on sleep, immune etc, but I perked up at an inexpensive SAD solution.

I've been blocking blue light at sundown, using a sleep mask, and hitting my system with a high dose of protein when I get up. This is all part of Dr. Jack Kruse's system to keep our bodies in a natural rhythm.

My personal issue comes down to overproduction of cortisol, which triggers my body to stop absorbing it, and then feel like I barely have the energy to breathe. I'm essentially putting myself into Addisonian crisis, an emergency, according to my doctor.

But my program to lower this chronic stress issue is working... getting my appetite back is a great early sign, and I can't get enough of my hot chocolate protein smoothies

If we can't sleep right, nothing works right.

Also, DH treats his CFS/ME according to Dr. Sarah Myhill's book and website. She's a great resource. The more he follows her directions, the better he does, and the better his sleep!
