I didn't eat..
my son's birthday cake.
the 'muff' part from my sausage and egg McMuffin
(try ordering a McMuffin, no Muff and see what happens)
the last half of buttered toast my son didn't eat this morning.
And for supper, I'm not GONNA eat the couscous pilaf or tabouli or the pie we're making for guests.
But I am gonna have a Mike's Hard Low Carb! Maybe two!

What did I not eat???? Hmmmm, all kinds of things today, but the one that sticks out is full-fat ice cream with hot fudge on top and I WAS HUNGRY, and still turned it down, yeahhhh for me.
I'll join in this one. Lets see....yesterday we had a bbq and i didnt eat chips and dips they had on every table. i didn't eat the homeade flour tortillas for the fajitas. and i stuck to the diet soda vs all those other sodas. i didn't eat the rocky road ice cream that my husband and daughter love to eat. Oh ...But i did taste that choclate cake yesterday oops! just one little taste i promise!
1) This morning, the gas station where I get coffee had these big hunks of bakery style crumb cake that I've never seen before.
2.) Around 8:00AM a salesman came into the office bearing Dunkin Donuts.
3.) Around 9:30AM another salesman came in with bagels.
4.) Then the moment I walked in after lunch, the smell of KFC made me instantly hungry again. And the folks who had it were too full to eat the free chocolate cake that came with it so they donated it to the office junk food table.
There's always something tempting me at work, but not usually this much.
