I've also got a copy of The Montignac Method Just for Women, and am currently working my way through it.
I am thinking of trying it myself, though before I do, I will be doing a strict Atkins KIS for the first two or three weeks of the New Year - as I'm taking part in the January Detox challenge http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=278117
Let me know if you are definitely going to give it a go and perhaps we can support each other if I decide to definitely switch after the challenge.

I don't know why they moved your post, the Montignac diet is alot like The GI Diet. We have a support group there if you would like to come join us!

Even if it's just for talking about Montignac diet...There was a girl in there a bit ago that was on The Montignac diet.
Happy New Year!

Thanks for the replies. I can see similarities between low GI and food combining diets and Montignac's. Montignac's is certainly low GI but it also separates meals into low GI carb meals and protein/fat meals - also you can have fruit (on an empty stomach). I'm going to give it a go from Wednesday.

Robert, it's now May--How did the Montignac method work for you?
