I've seen these advertised as sugar free. Does this mean they're ok to have on a lc diet? Also aqua drops are sugar free, how about these? I'd hate somethin silly like a lollipop to cause a stall.

Check the ingredients list, make sure the sweetener the use isn't aspartame/Nutrisweet.

Will aspartame/Nutrisweet cause problems?

Do a search of the net for reported problems attributed to aspartame use.

The name of those "things" is fascinating. Do they contain sugar alcohols or "non-sugar' sugars?

Or are they sweetened with "naturally occuring" things like pear or grape juice which are mostly just sugar?

We'd have to know more about what is actually in them to be able to advise.

Ordinary chupa chups have 12.8g carbs each. Cremosa will not be any lower.
