Default Sweet n Salty BUTTER TRUFFLES! YUM!

I am not sure this recipe belongs in sweet treats but i'll post here as it seems to be the best i can think of. I recently became interested in the Lemon Truffles idea made with coconut butter so i made up my own concoction in the form of a butter.

If you need a sweet tooth satisfied or a small fat snack for energy a spoonful of this makes life amazing

2 tablespoons organic coconut butter (1tbspn = 7 carbs)
4-5 tablespoons extra virgin organic coconut oil
1-2 tablespoons Grassfed organic cow butter
chocolate finishing salt (to taste)
himalayan salt (to taste)
Vanilla Creme Stevia (to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon orange extract

whip it up in a food processor until you get a nice creamy frosty consistency.
put in container and refrigerate.

its still a work in progress.... i may end up making them into balls and coating in a stevia sweetened chocolate for chocolate covered truffles

but for now I find I love eating a small chunk of it on a piece of BACON or simply by itself to satisfy the need for something sweet n salty n creamy!
