Default The Guardian is our Safe Haven

Apparently, The Guardian is living up to its name watching out for us by having readers provide healthy meal suggestions. Midnight Spaghetti???? YGTBK!

I particularly find the statement at the end of the article astounding.

Most recipes that I see in newspapers are high-carb, as are those posted on 'health' sites.

From the comments:

MAC089: ‘Midnight spaghetti’ would be a recipe in more ways than one for a night of violent gastric reflux, for me at least.

Marylynn: Me too! I'd also be lying in bed sweating, with a spaghetti baby grown inside me.

"Spaghetti baby"

Maybe you have to be Italian. Apparently, this is a version of a well-known "late-night" Italian dish: Spaghetti Aglio Olio e Peperoncino

Some other of the comments were hilarious too. Thanks for posting.
