No I’m not, everyone's journey is different. only pointing out this member started at a high weight and if you read back through his posts, you can see how he approached the diet. And frustrating for all the women here, he's a guy and they often have super charged weight loss with seemingly less effort. Dr Westman's clinic attracts larger men, one just posted he has lost 150 pounds this year. And then three other guys jumped in with similar success stories! Losing well over a 100 pounds in a year, or now 5 pounds from goal, Or photos that show amazing differences just in 2019, reversed diabetes in weeks...so not all that unusual depending on the start point of the patients. Edit a few hours later: and just to put a fine point on those guys and their weight loss ... a new video was posted in the group of a young man who started at 505 and has lost over 200 pounds.

We have a local restaurant in NC called Blaze Pizza. They advertise keto crust pizza but I have not tried it as of yet. I think it is around 5 or 6 carbs for the whole pizza crust.
