Could the Atkins cycling club please "weigh in" on this one for me. I guess I should have posted the thread over here rather than in the Atkins section, as some get offended by the mere mention of OJ . Please let me know what your advice is on LOW CARB/SUGAR ORANGE JUICE....yes or no?
At the top of your page I saw: Progress: 106%. That suggests you can have whatever agrees with you. Personally I don't like the saccarin-sweet taste of OJ, even if it's 'lowcarb'. I prefer the new V8 line of fruit juices mixed with vegetable juices. Can't remember the name. I think the fiber slows absorption of fruit sugars so no big insulin response.
