I have this every morning, makes you feel fabulous!
Ingredients
1 scoop Carbolite Chocolate Shake mix
1 scoop Designer Protein Chocolate (2 carbs)
1 TBS Almased ( for additonal protein)
3/4 C ice water
1/4 C cold really strong coffee ( I keep cold brewed strong coffee in the fridge at all times or ice them in ice trays)
3 TBS heavy cream
1/2 C ice cubes or ice coffee cubes for extra flavor!
1. Frappe in the blender and top with whipped cream if you want.
2. You can decrease the liquid to make it thicker
I think you're my new best friend; the single biggest craving I've had is for a mocha frappe/capuccino-type thing, and here's the ideal recipe for one!
