Bootcamp in Keilor - Melbourne
Hi!
So I'm THINKING of signing up to an 8-week Bootcamp program beginning at the start of Oct.
It's on in Keilor, which isn't too far from here, is held Wednesdays and Fridays 6-7am and Sat 7.30-8.30am.
It's being run by my personal trainer, who I just love to pieces, but I'm a bit scared! LOL I think it's just the name - "bootcamp".
What do you think? Should I just jump in there and do it?
Anyone else interested in being my "bootcamp buddy"??
