Thanks! Oooo I have a questy! Are there certain foods that you HAVE to ear during Induction...( I know NO !!!!!!!!! carbs like bread, and noodles ..I know what not to eat and what I can eat...but any CERTAIN FOODS? or are there any foods im allowed to eat, but need to lay off of while im on induction

hey dustin lol im dustin i started atkins like 2 months ago and lost 45 pnds got into shape with it. But anyways im still on it if u need to im me or anyone else needs someone to tlak im at yahoo at pimptilend~yahoo.com but im not on all the time at least once a day

Eeerrr... Don't know where to post it, because i understood that writing journal is not for me=\
I'm 17 (18 in 4 month), second year student in university and i am fat. Trying Atkins many times and every time i think that THIS time will be last... But no.

Is anyone here ? I look through this thread often but didn't see much activity.
