You should check my journal out..its a lot of rambling....i get bored and writei n there..lol..i get a good amount of feedback... I'll write in yours!!!
Dave came to the rescue today..i almost gave in to get a slice of a cake at the coffee shop down teh street..but he kept saying no....i was mad at him for 2mins..but thanked him later... i'm making califlower mash and pork chop thingies...lol
Scholorship searches suck! i did that for 2 mins..oh well.
I wish i can start adding a lot of foods back already.. i got some strawberries yesterday..but i think i'm going to let dave eat those..and i'm gonna do strict induction for the next few days.. I'm back to 156 ..i'm not happy abou thtat..but i hope its water weight...<crosses fingers>

Hey Peach! Supppper Daveeee! Haha You can do it!! Dont give up! Be strong I think I can I think I can. Haha. I know Atkins (and alot of people on here) dont recommend it, but when I was tempted at the beginning to eat something illegal...or over eat some legal, I would say to myself, if you eat that you have to walk an extra mile on the treadmill, or you have to drink an extra glass (the glass I use is HUGE) of water instead of having that soda. Okay, so it was kinda like punishment, but it worked cuz I HATEEEEE the treadmill, and I really love my Waist Watcher sodas.

I did good today..i went to Le Madeline..and almost cracked.but dave was there..even though he was eating h.c.....grrrrrrr...oh well....
