Aged Parmesan Cheese chips with Bacon Cheese spread and an olive.
This made a nice snack for very few carbs.
I took 4 Aged Parmesean Cheese Chips and spread bacon and cheese spread over them. I topped them with a green olive and a squirt of Spirachi hot sauce.
The carb count on each is as follows:
Cracker: .33 gm carbs
Spread: 1 gm carbs(2 tbsp = 1 gm and this was probably 1.5 tbsp or less on each.)
Olive: 1 gm (bottle says 0 carbs but I rouned up to 1)
Spirachi: 1 gm (bottle says 1 gm per tsp)
Total carb for each cracker snack: 3.33
Total for 4 cracker snacks 13.3 at the very worst; I rounded everything up so it actually COULD be closer to 2.33 for each cracker snack and 9.33 for the total.
