Default anyone want to help me build a snack??

I was thinking about a different snack for the week besides my mac nuts!
So I mixed together (didn't measure anything)
freshly ground peanut butter, cream cheese, a little melted butter and vanilla protein powder, a little heavy cream (all had been softened in the micro) then spread it out in a pan and topped with almond meal.....put it in the frig to get hard
so far it tastes just like PB cookie dough. I have no idea what the carb, fiber, fat etc is on this.
What else would "U" add to build on this? thx glazzbabe

I think it sounds good as is - Maybe use the almond meal on the bottom as a crust and voila - some sort of peanut butter "bars." Sounds good to me.

Maybe put some chocolate in there somehow?? Hum...
