First post, long time low carb
Hello!
I'm not new to low carb, and have been following since 2012. I've recently re-dedicated to following it more closely for personal and health benefits.
I love cooking with Carbquik, oat fiber, polydextrose, almond flour, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, stevia, erythritol, and allulose.
Sadly I have recently learned that all of my old links to recipes at Low Carb Friends are broken due to that site shutting down. Many I had saved offline but a few I had not and I'm trying to re-research and possible recreated them. So I am actively pouring over the old threads here to see if I can find similar creations.
