OK I need to comment on the eating when not hungry; if ones body has been in a "starvation mode" for whatever reason, it is not going to make you feel hungry until there is no choice but to eat. The metabolism has slowed to such a point that it takes little food to survive and then most of what's consumed is stored as fat. It takes retraining for the body to realize that food will be regularly available. It's a nutritional kindergarten. If a plan is laid out for the proper calorie intake and portions are laid out in regular intervals, in time when it's time for the next meal, hunger will be there. I can amaze people by not looking at a clock and within 30 min tell them what time it is, because it's time to eat! I eat 5 and 6 times a day. My meals will fit on a standard salad plate. They are SP balanced and I take all my vitamin supplements. My metabolism has healed to such a point if I don't keep my calories up, weight will fall off me still. It took time but it works!
