Just a note of caution: when I used the FIRM videos available in 1998, I got really fit, BUT, I also damaged my knees through a combination of improper form (cause I had no one watching me) and an overemphasis of hamstring to quadriceps work on the videos. Later a personal trainer was shocked at how weak my quads were compared to my hamstrings. I think the videos overemphasized them because they look great. Anyway, this analysis of what happened is speculative, but those were my results.

If you want to buy the Firm vids/bar/step (I.E. the kit). Go to a sporting goods store they usually have them in stock if not they can order 'em.
