Has anyone seen the granular brown Sugar Twin on sale anywhere recently? When I was last doing low carb, it was everywhere, but can't find it now. Any suggestions?

I found it at Real Canadian Superstore when I wasn't even looking!! Wow.. score!

On another note, Target in Bellingham did not have the Heinz LC ketchup, unfortunately.

Thanks! I will try them for Macadamia Nuts too. I tried T&T and Superstore at Metrotown - no luck.

Word to the wise: Galloway's closes early. New West runs on small town hours.

Galloway's is the BOMB! Macadamia nuts galore - and so fresh! I immediately bagged them up in 1 carb portions and take them with me to work for snacks.
I will be going back to Galloway's for other lc foods too

By the way, I found something called Coconut Spread that is just coconut, sort of ground up so it looks creamy - and it is delicious. I eat a spoon of eat once a day and it totally hits the sweet spot I have. Made by Healthy Addictions. 1T is 9.5g fat and 4 carbs and 5g fiber , 0 sugar. I can't even remember where I bought it - I think at T&T or Superstore.

Hmmmm .... gotta remember this next time I'm on the mainland! And no, they haven't been there forever -- I grew up in New West'r 60 years ago and lived in the area until the mid-1970's, and they weren't there there then! Believe me, the whole "uptown" area has changed immensely ( so has "downtown" )!!

Cool - a former New Westminster-er. Yes I live downtown and it is getting its act together, slowly. And uptown is quite nice. All the shops. Also the quay is now called the River Market and there is a fabulous Donald's Market in there - organics and all sorts of goodies!
