About 250 calories. More because the machine was set for a smaller person, I assume.
Distance 2.5...most I've ever done.
Hopefully I'll be able to bring myself to do an hour tomorrow. Today was only like 35 minutes..I just couldn't get into it.

Oh. Holy. Jesus.

I went to a free kickboxing class at school today.
It kicked my ass! That was the hardest thing ever.
I thought it would be like, kick and giggle. It was intense!
I probably burned 2398742934 calories.

I've been going back to the gym for like a week.
Today I couldn't go because it closed early. Yesterday I don't think I went because I went out with friends instead. I honestly can't remember if I went our not...I'll just assume that I didn't.

I did run in place for like 30 minutes and do some ab stuff tonight. I'll do more later.

What is wrong with my memory?

Managed to fit in a little something for about an hour.
Crunches, running in place, weights for arms, dancing. A few lunges and squats.

Gym, what gym?
Last week it snowed, yes in Texas, so I didn't get to go except for like 2 or 3 days.
Hopefully I'll make it back this week.
