I e been using an epsom salt rub on my knee, hands, and shoulder for arthritis and I can say it HELPS!!!! Seriously, I have been using it about 2months now and it works wonders. I also soak my feet in Epsom salts because I'm prone to ingrown toenails. I have a tub phobia. I cannot stand soaking in a bathtub due to childhood trauma, so this epsom salt rub is the next best thing. It even says on the tub "All the benefits of Epsom Salt without the bath". The brand is PROcure and I buy it right in Walmart in the section with the band aids, rubbing alcohol, first aid stuff, etc. I love this stuff!
