I've tried many shapes and brands and I love the miracle rice. bc they are small pieces you don't get the rubbery effect. I will cook a meal that typically is served over rice (say shrimp victoria which has a sour cream sauce, or chicken with spinach in cream/cheese sauce) and eat mine over the miracle rice. I have auto delivery of 6 pack a month from Amazon. You can also buy the angel hair and cut into small pieces but that's a lot of work.

As pp stated, do not let the fishy smell when you first open it turn you off. If you boil and roast there is no more smell.

You can usually find them at any Asian supermarket. They are always in the cooler section, usually by the tofu.

I have tried almost every variety. My favorite is the miracle rice. I find the tofu angel hair and spaghetti tends to clump.

If you can get past the rubbery texture, they can be a life saver while low carbing.

I love them! I prefer the non-tofu brands sautéed with kimchee and topped with 2 fried eggs. Sometimes I use pork or chicken instead of eggs. Delish!

Now you all have got me wanting to try these! I'll see if I can find them locally and then again there's always Amazon!

I eat them almost every day. I stir fry vegetables and sometimes meat in coconut oil and add the noodles. The noodles soak up the oil which allows me to use more oil than I normally would.
