Default Daily RM Times...

Hi all. I have found it kinda hard ot always keep my RM at the same day for weeks at a time (even days, I am in my first week and I have had to switch it around a bit). Anyways, would it be ok to, in order to keep myself on the diet and losing weight, change my RM times as I need to? i.e: One day I have my RM at night but the next I have it at the morning because I am having cravings that are proving hard to keep down. Thanks...

It's exactly for this reason that the time of the RM is only switched for special occassions/occasionally. Your body can't learn to ignore the RM carbs and control your insulin levels/carb cravings when the RM is constantly switch...that's just regular eating to your body.

You've said you've just started but you need to give it 3-4 days of strict CAD/CALPing before the cravings go away. They'll never go away as long as you keep switching the RM.

Eat your cm's(I'd include some flax oil, nuts or oliv oil to kill hunger), learn to take it easy on the carbs in your RM's (eat veggies like mad, I mix black/pinto beans into a big thing of broccoli).

The diet is going to be uncomfortable at first. When you restrict carbs/calories and force the body to pull from fat for energy there's no way of getting around the discomfort of switching to fats as the greater fule source. It takes about 3 to 4 weeks for the body to balance its internal energy draw.

In dieting patients pays off more than anything, be patient, do your best not to throw your body any curve balls by gorging.
