Default A Question About CAD...

Hello, I am new here and was wondering something about CAD (which I am going to start soon). It dosnt say in the CAD book, ( or mabey I missed it), if I am allowed to use low carb condoments (I would like to use Atkins kestup and BBQ condoments)? I read in the meun in the back of the book that there is the use of sugar free preserves, so I would think I would be allowed some of the condoments. Thanks...

My CALP book says mayo and mustard you can use freely. Ketchup you can use 1-2 TBS per CM. They don't mention anything about LC products. They do say to choose salad dressings by the amount of carbs per serving 2 carbs or less. What is the carb amounts? I think, I'd go by that or the 1-2 TBS thing like the ketchup. Just my thoughts, I'd be careful about it tho! If I was getting cravings for carbs, I"d definitely cut it out. I usually only stick with ketchup (in sm amts), mayo & mustard

Just a caution. Watch the ketchup, most ketchups contain a lot of sugar.

I usually use Heinz One Carb ketchup just to be on the safe side. Ketchup has alot of sugar in it, almost as much as ice cream does if you count ounce per ounce
