Red face More Ripped Fuel ???'s

Hi! I am doing the Atkin's Diet and I Love it - already lost a few pounds and plan to continue this way of life always I gave up the caffeine habit I am taking Ripped Fuel as per the instuctions on the bottle. I definatly have more energy but it tends to make me a little shaky mid afternoon. Does anyone know if it is safe to take Ripped Fuel on a loew carb plan and are these jitters normal? Thanks in advance

Elove, whether it's safe or not will depend on the individual and their health - all ECA or EC stacks (such as ripped fuel, hydroxycut, stacker II etc) will have extensive warnings and should be followed. If you don't have any of the pre existing conditions mentioned in the warning then taking the product as directed should be OK. Should be OK. Some find they just can't handle the side effects - and feeling jittery is one of them.

What is often suggested is taking half the dose for the first few weeks until you get used to the product. There is a huge thread stuck at the top of this forum on Thermogenics that lists all the pros and cons of these products along with a lot of questions and answers from members such as yourself.

Ripped fuel does have caffeine in it..guarana I believe it's called. The ephedra is probably making you jittery if you are taking the one with that in it, they do have an ephedra free Ripped fuel also.
Ephedra always made me jittery and I won't take it now with all the risks involved.
