Cool Bangera without rusk

Hi I'm Irish but living in London and thought that I'd feel more at home joining the Irish forum! On the subject of bangers without rusks; my butcher makes them for me - very nice man - I usually go for pork with smoked bacon, loads of black pepper and some onion powder - truly scrumptious!!! He also makes excellent burgers with no rusk or additives. If you can find good butcher and give him pleanty of notice I'm sure he will oblige.

Hi folks,
Another Dub girlie here. I was converted to this WOL last christmas and never looked back. Only really getting into finding new fods now. Stuck to mostly unprocessed meat and veg til I reached my target weight. Major discovery yesterday Flax seed is called Linseed here. God I've a lot to learn!
Any way great to meet like minded people.

Doodle-

I just found your interview on Youtube - did you have your second surgery? How are you doing? Have you found low carb as a way out of the eating & depression?
