Were Bear, thanks for your feedback and research on the Zone shake. I admit, I did not go beyond the list given on the container.
OK, so possible causes of plateau - cheese and manufactured hi protein drink.
I guess the 14 hour fast is not the solution to my problem.
So, back to "what" I eat - not "when" I eat.
