Hello!
I checked your journal, and your menu looks really good.
Increasing your carbs is pretty easy - I noticed you're already having half an apple or yogurt here and there, those are really good ideas. ![Idea](/images/smilies/icon3.gif) You could try other moderate carb fruit and veggies, too, like squash, sweet pototes, melons, peaches or apricots. I like apricots because they're really small.
For protein, how about picking up a canister of protein shake mix? It's cheap and almost effortless to prepare. ![Wink](/images/smilies/wink.gif) Tuna is my other favorite protein-booster. Again, cheap and all you have to do is open the can. Eggs, as well - I almost always add a scrambled egg when I make stir-fry. You could also prepare and freeze a bunch of burgers from whatever kind of ground meat you'd like, and whenever you want one, just whip it out and cook it.
