Default Quit Again This Morning

I quit again this morning. I did quit last year for 3 months but picked them back up and you know the way that story goes. Here I am today trying once again and hoping like heck to succeed.
Right now I am wearing a patch, but I don't know why. I am still craving, and I still want one!
But, I am afraid that if I take it off, I will be smoking by morning!
I do want this to work, and I am going to fight the cravings and try to stay smoke free.
It is not worth it to smoke, there is no benefit to smoking other than the stress that is seemed to relieve in me, but smoking kills!
I just have to think of the positive side of not smoking, I guess.
I CAN DO THIS!
Brenda

Hi Brenda. WTG on your decision to quit smoking! That's wonderful. The patch will help with the physical aspect of addiction, but you'll still need to battle the psychological aspects. Have you checked out www.quitnet.com? They have lots of free information to help with cravings.
good luck Brenda and congratulations on your decision to quit!
