Default no more ciggies

hello all - well am on day 1 of atkins and Im back on stopping smoking wagon as well.
I will also be alcohol free for next 3 weeks too in attempt to boost weight loss of atkins.
had given up in Jan but my weekend lapses whilst out socialising are now every weekend an sometimes mid week too.
onwards and upwards

Good luck!

I found that exercising helped me keep off the cigs - nothing like panting while exercising hard to make you want to keep your lungs clear.

My thoughts as well!!

Missy......I'm in the same boat as you as far as quitting smoking. It's just I haven't started yet. I do wish you the BEST for everything!!
