Yesterday:
New pilates video on Netflix - hips/thighs, upper body, and lengthening. I'm sore, but a good sore today (aka I can still move!).

Didn't get to the gym because I had errands to run with my mom and I forgot to eat.

Thanks! I've kind of slacked on the workouts (pilates aside) over the past few days since the gym's been closed and the weather's been crap. I'm hoping to get back to it today. (I also finally found the P90X DVDs!).

I thought it was just me that's been doing that. I don't feel so bad now!

Nope! I think I did it twice to your journals yesterday. I'm glad I'm not the only one!

I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to work my workouts. The gym is literally a block from my office and I'm debating on either going in the mornings or after work (depending on when I get out - which will vary until I'm out of training in 2 - 3 weeks then I make my own schedule). Part of me wants to do the gym in the mornings and then pilates at night, but it might be easier to do it vice versa especially with breakfast, showering, etc. I've got the next week to work it out, but I need to work it out.

The good news is I'm still really excited about the idea of getting back to a normal life - no more homework, when I leave work that it's it - I'm gone and done (which is the company's philosophy), having a set schedule, having money, and having NOTHING to do with my major.

Pilates. Gym later.

Trying to get back to tracking all my exercise. I noticed I didn't bother to get most of this week written down.
