"Steak" and eggs
This is great.
1 pound of good ground beef. I like organic grass fed.
4 Mushrooms - chopped into tiny, tiny pieces.
1-1/2 cups of vegetable pulp.
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon red pepper.
Salt and pepper.
1 can of cream of X soup. X = whatever you like. I like cream of celery.
1 cup of 1/2 and 1/2
You will need a juicer for this. Juice some mild vegetables (Drink the juice for lunch) - try something mild like celery or broccoli stems. Mix the pulp with the spices and the eggs then mix the meat in. Make into 4 patties and brown 2-3 minutes each side. Put the patties into an 8x8 pan - cover with cream of X soup and 1/2 & 1/2. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
This is great for breakfast with a few fried eggs on top.
