Default 2 weeks - 2 pounds gained

Well, I'm a little down. I wasn't entirely perfect. Last Sunday I was bad but not two-pounds-from-one-day bad.
Any encouragment from anyone? I'm slipping back to Atkins in my mind......I lost 15 pounds with it and gained back 10. Maybe I could be more discilpined this time around.

I'm sorry this is dragging for you right now. It is so frustrating to see the scale going the wrong way.

Just thought I'd share how Calp has worked for me. (I did Atkins first and lost 25 or so pounds.) The first 4-6 weeks I gained about 2 pounds.(can't remember exactly.)Then in December 03 the scale finally started to move down. Slowly but consistently. So I've lost 7-8 lbs. total on CALP. It is really slow now, 1.3 lbs drop last month but then I don't eat clean anymore. Experimenting to see what will work for lifelong habits.
You do what you feel is best for you. Different things work for different people.

You should get your body fat numbers so you have a baseline of lean body mass for when you start losing weight.(And you will start losing) Had you been meeting your protein needs as a vegetarian.? You don't need to be bulking up from a weightlifting regime-your body may be repairing muscle tissue.
