web site font size too small.

i'm not sure if this is my problem or the site problem, but the font size is so small on this web site that i can't read anything.

it just happened yesterday.
what do i need to do to increase the font size of the web site so i can read everything?

Ctrl+ to make font size bigger
Ctrl- to make font size smaller.
