For ME, yeah it's *anal* to be worried about carbs in tooth paste and to measure every bite of veggies. BUT, when I first started I measured!! I'm more relaxed now when it comes to veggies and eat the LC ones (spinach, lettuce, cucumber, zucchini) and never measure - the more the better. Whatever works for ya.

I know a girl that still measures and counts WW points and she's been at goal for over 10 years. It is a control issue and also a great fear of regaining weight.

I'm an overeater, emotional eater and a sugar addict. Not carbs, but SUGAR, BTW. I don't think of carbs as evil, just that they're not good for me (refined, empty carbs not veggie/dairy carbs).
