I have bought a 55ml bottle of Truffle Oil.

" White Truffle"in Olive Oil

Where do I use it ?

Mushroom soup?

Mmmm, truffle oil!

You can use it in cauliflower soup, drizzled on steaks or pork chops...If you like the flavour, you can use it on almost anything savory.

Use it cautiously at first. A little can go a long way.
