Ingredients:
1 can coconut milk (4 ml)
2 tbs Cocosa or coconut oil
2 tbs sweetener (you may add more/less than 2 tbs)
200 g dried coconut flakes
200 g of 75% ,80% or 85% chocolate (you can also use sugarfree chocolate, but watch the carbs)
Heres what you do:
Put coconut milk cold in the refrigerator. Remove the upper coconut cream, it is compact(about half the box) have it in a pot.
Melt it over low heat, stir in Cocosa / coconut oil and sweetener.
Take the pan off the heat and stir in the dried coconut flakes.
Dress a little form with plastic or parchment paperPour the mixture in and smooth out.Put it in the refrigerator until it is firm (1-3 hours)Melt chocolate in double boiler.Slice the coconut to pieces and dip in the chocolate.let it get firm on a big plate or something in the refrigerator. Do not put the pieces on top of each other before its firm.After keep the coconut pieces cold, refrigerator or freezer.
