Coffee and Tea have carbs in them. Caffiene can cause insulin spikes in some people.

Your choice. If you do consume tea, add the carbs into your daily allowance. If you stop losing weight, it may be due to the caffiene.

Of course your mileage may vary, so good luck testing

Herbal tea may be an option for you. I particularly like chamomile.

I drink herbal tea also..I like the peppermint too..
It doesnt replace the java though..and I sometimes slip and make myself a latte. But, if I do that, I use the heavy cream and dilute it and use the sugar free sweetners...

Default Water is your friend.

You really should lay off all caffeine. Since caffeine mimicks sugar in the blood, it is not a good thing to do when you are LCing.

I think it really depends on the person. I drink the herbal and do have a cup of reg sometimes..other people cant have it because it triggers other cravings. It really doesnt bother me..and living in Seattle: land of the latte', it is tough to give it up..but i have really been working on it..
